
WatertownDailyTimes.com | OGDENSBURG — The Ogdensburg Command Performances series will conclude on a high note when the Texas Tenors bring their show here Wednesday, May 18.
Since their debut six years ago on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” the Texas Tenors have accumulated a long list of awards and accolades. They have performed more than 1,000 concerts around the world, including a 24-city tour in the United Kingdom, Shanghai, China, and collaborated with symphonies in the United States.
The Texas Tenors’ 2103 PBS special, “You Should Dream,” won three Emmy awards: best entertainment program, musical composition and sound.
The tenors are Marcus Collins, John Hagen and J.C. Fisher. They treat audiences to a blend of country, classical, Broadway and pop music, ranging from Giacomo Puccini to Bruno Mars.
The group has three charities it promotes as part of its Let’s Give Back program: Child Fund International, Homes For Our Troops and The Mission Project.
